Follicles Hair Design Beauty Salon was birthed in January 1990. Follicles is the second of two full service hair and beauty salons, the first in Delaware, Mattie's Hair Salon. Follicles is a full service beauty salon offering hair styling, nail care, estenicians, massage therapy, and more.
